Cancellation Policy

I kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations to respect my time and other clients that may be requesting an appointment. If you cancel after the 24 hour mark, I will need to charge $35 to the card that you have on file. Please contact me to let me know the reason you need to cancel. I know things come up and schedules change, but I also need to protect myself and my business.

If you are a no call or no show, 25% of your scheduled service will be charged to your card on file and a $25 deposit will be charged for future appointments. This deposit will be applied to your service.

Running Late

I do not mind if you are running 10 minutes late, but if there is a client scheduled after yours, I will need to cut your appointment short. Please call me and let me know.
